Rhianna has pretty much turned into a pretty pop princess these days, hasn’t she? She’s got a gorgeous voice—always has—and though I don’t know her, I do hope that she’s taking good care of herself and not allowing people to treat her the way she’s allowed them to in the past. I hear she’s getting to be a bit of a diva, which is usually annoying, but if it means she’s standing up for herself, then I’m all for it.

Last weekend when I married my sister and her husband, it was raining the whole day; so in an inspired and improvised move, we played Rhianna’s “Umbrella” as the bridesmaids and groomsmen (and my daughter, the most awesome flower girl ever) all made their way down the path. It was funny and pretty at the same time, with all of the black umbrellas, so I just wanted to say thanks, Rhianna!

You can see Rhianna during her “Loud Tour” all throughout the summer. She will be hitting the city of Philadelphia on Saturday, July 23 at the Wells Fargo Center. Tickets can be purchased by calling 866-881-6342.  According to her website, the tour is going to feature some all-new, hot concepts, such as kickin’ stage designs, killer costumes, and fresh production.
